Making A Purchase Before you can make a purchase you will need to confirm your trade status and receive a valid login. We accept all major payment methods including invoice paid by Direct Debit (subject to status), Debit / Credit Card (Secure payment managed by SagePay) and PayPal. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will endeavour correct the mistake prior to shipping. Orders that have been shipped cannot be changed. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. Returns Policy You must notify Customer Services on 0333 5774970 or by e-mail to sales@Crowoodindustries.com if you receive your goods in defective condition or goods that do not correspond to your order within 7 days of receipt. Defective goods or goods that do not correspond to your order will be collected by Crowood at its expense and will be replaced or your money refunded. Crowood may but is not obliged to accept returns (except in the event of defective goods or services).
